At CAPE, we love what we do and we love driving results. Whether you need communications strategy for a global brand launch, design and delivery of effective employee training, meeting planning and facilitation, executive coaching, copywriting, or anything in between, no project is too large or too small for our team. Please browse below to view the types of projects we have recently completed for organizations in the financial services, government contracting, healthcare, and hospitality industries.

Employer of Choice Strategy

CAPE consulted to the world’s largest hospitality company, as they endeavored to become one of FORTUNE’s 100 Best Companies to Work For. CAPE guided the overall strategy for application content, layout and tone, along with a parallel employee engagement effort. Mission accomplished, as our client “made the list” for the first time in 2016 (and has remained there since)! We repeated the feat in 2017 and again in 2018, with another client, in another industry, who catapulted onto the list.

Executive Coaching and Communications Strategy

CAPE worked directly with senior leaders to help them determine why, how, what, when, where and with whom to communicate. We delivered one-on-one coaching sessions to review and create action plans based on 360-degree feedback.

Employee Engagement

CAPE conducted the design and implementation of communications strategies for internal launches of assorted global development programs dedicated to leadership at all levels, culture and language, career progression, and more.

Training

CAPE has delivered custom communications training to hundreds of learners, including frontline employees, non-native speakers, senior executives, and everyone in between. Participants gain specific skills for influencing clients and partners, being better managers and leaders, and becoming more efficient and effective storytellers and communicators.

Speaking and Facilitation

Kirsten has served as a keynote speaker and panel host at events across North America. In recent months, she’s spent more and more time facilitating goal-setting, brainstorming, and “Purpose” sessions, in which senior leaders align around shared values and a true North Star. CAPE has also designed and hosted multi-day, multi-leader, multi-department global strategy meetings for a number of corporate teams.

Integrated Marketing

CAPE led a multi-channel internal launch of a major national music sponsorship, raising awareness and engagement through signage, digital media, ticket sweepstakes, and more.

Organizational Development

CAPE supported a commercial bank team as they defined their organizational structure, operating principles, recruiting strategy, leadership communications plans, channel strategy, and more. We worked directly with executives to improve outcomes of leadership team strategy meetings — improving content, flow, expectations of presenters, and outcomes.

Writing and Editing

CAPE edited 60 autobiographical leadership stories, yielding an award-winning coffee table book. We have also written and edited extensive content for executive development & global talent management organizations. Additionally, we’ve ghostwritten for CHRO and CLO clients — including a SHRM book chapter on HR and talent trends.
